Hello lovely readers and visitors of my blog!  Today I have for you a brand new piece of recipe inspiration that I hope you can find useful.

I want to challenge you to broaden your horizons and start looking at ordinary foods as blank canvases, not stubborn recipe boxes.  Get creative! But breakfast foods on a pizza!  Drizzle it with bbq sauce! Make your own ranch!  The pizza world is your oyster.

First, before we get into the recipe, let me direct you to my newest YouTube video where I share this recipe and the process that went behind making it.  While you're there, don't be shy!  Give the channel some love and don't forget to subscribe.

For the recipe itself, I've gone back and forth on how to share it because, well, this pizza was never really a recipe.  It started as just leftovers I daringly placed on a pizza crust in a stroke of genius.  This video was meant to be purely inspiration for you to get in the kitchen and do the same. I have compiled for you some resources, including links to other blogs, that may help you with the pizza itself! However, for the ranch sauce, I wanted to include my very own version (which I also happen to think is the best I've discovered).  I feel as though that's a pretty solid compromise.

Tofu Scrambled Eggs
2 Pizza Crusts
Roasted Potatoes
Soy Chorizo from Trader Joe's (or any other fake meat)
Pizza Sauce
Nutritional Yeast
Barbecue Sauce of your choosing (I love Trader Joe's Carolina Gold)

1/3 cup vegan mayonnaise (I love Just Mayo from Hampton Creek)
2 Tbsp plain unsweetened almond milk
1/2 lime (can sub lemon or apple cider vinegar)
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
3 tsp dill

Blend or whisk all ingredients together. Yup, that's it. It's that easy.

I hope you've enjoyed this recipe and will be inspired to broaden your pizza horizons in an effort to find new and exciting combinations!

Much Love!

Sydney xx
